Diana (aka “D”) was raised in Manchester New Hampshire. At a young age sports became a major part of her life. Playing field hockey and running track were amazing, however the intensity took a toll on her body. At the University of Vermont, Diana found yoga. Having practiced yoga for the better part of a decade, she felt it was time to share her experience with yoga.
Diana studied yoga in Los Angeles with Tamal Dodge, receiving her 200 YTT at Yoga Salt. Her focus is on strengthening and stretching the physical structure while building a stronger connection with the Self. Her classes are built upon the notion that yoga is a life long journey. Expect her practice to be rigorous yet relaxing, challenging yet calming and always rewarding.
